This is an upcoming short film which I have had the pleasure of working as Director of Photography on.
Synopsis
A woman revisits the place where she was left by her mother as a child.
Returning to the past through flashbacks, 'May' relives bittersweet memories through her mother's clothes, still hanging on the washing line, waiting to be returned to.
Looking back at her painful past, she tries to understand why her mother left and find peace with her absence in both timelines.
